Twelve Points Universe

As it was shown in my previous papers, a 3×4 matrix could be used as a basic 2D structure within which it is possible to place RNA/DNA stretches, thus forming a discrete image of 12 positions as some kind of a simple universe.

A few years ago I tried to identify and analyze some of the formal properties of such structure, primarily regarding the neighborhoods of its elements. From the prospective of their distribution, particularly were interesting  (binary)cases when there are two values that could occupy those positions defining states  of higher and lower organization(entropy).

At the end there are few attempts to introduce, within such universe, some basic concepts known from geometry (point, line, distance, length).

An unfinished paper is presented here in a form of a manuscript.
